🛒 Order Processing Time
- All orders are processed within 1-3 business days from the order date.
- During sales, promotions, or peak seasons, processing may take up to 14 business days.
- Orders will be shipped only after payment has been confirmed and cleared.
🚚 Domestic Shipping (United Kingdom)
- We ship all UK orders via FedEx with receipt confirmation and insurance.
- Once processed, delivery typically takes 2-3 business days.
- Overnight delivery to P.O. Boxes may take up to 2 business days.
- Overnight shipments departing on a Friday will be delivered on the following Monday (not Saturday).
- Tracking information will be sent to your email once your order has shipped. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking updates.
🌍 International Shipping
- International orders are shipped via FedEx and usually arrive within 10 business days, depending on destination and customs.
- Shipping fees do not include customs duties, tariffs, or taxes imposed by your country.
- Customers are responsible for all applicable import fees.
- Bella Mensa Hair reserves the right to change the delivery method to a comparable service if necessary.
- Shipping charges may differ from carrier rates and must be paid in full at checkout.

If your tracking shows "delivered" but you have not received your package, please contact the carrier directly. -
Shipping Delays: In rare cases, delays may occur due to carrier issues or unforeseen events (e.g., weather conditions).
Bella Mensa Hair is not responsible for such delays, and refunds or chargebacks will not be honored for delivery delays outside our control. - Non-Refundable Shipping Fees: All shipping fees including expedited and international charges are non-refundable.
